Gurugram becoming First choice of home buyers after pandemic

Gurugram is a much more suitable city to live in the COVID-19 era as compared to the national capital considering aspects of population density, open area ratio & the amount of health care facilities. In this pandemic, nothing safe than your own space, and your own space is more acceptable than living with insecurities in a rented house.

Gurugram has come out as a sought-after reality hotspot – due to its connectivity to Delhi via IGI. The factors such as open area ratio, population density, and the number of hospitals is more important than the distance from work to decide where homebuyers want to live during COVID-19.

Gurugram has become the “choice first” in the residential segment because of its low population density, vibrant health & social infrastructure, open space ratio, hospital infrastructure.

In this pandemic, the priorities of homebuyers have shifted to health & now prefer health related facilities like open space, less density projects before comfort & luxury while investing in the real estate. The upcoming scaled projects, development of economic corridors, seamless connectivity, ample green spaces with a world-class amenities matching global standards are the key factors of growth and making Gurugram one of the most suitable city for living.

Gurugram is also witnessing infrastructure up-gradation at a rapid pace. The inauguration of a cloverleaf interchange at the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and Central Peripheral Road (CPR) and the renovation of the (SPR) are the major events. Elevated corridor on Sohna Road is also inaugurated which will provide free flow of traffic towards south of Gurugram. Rapid infrastructure improvements and large-scale projects like Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) will make this city more lucrative in the prospect of living.

Gurugram has becoming favourite city for residence in NCR now, as it has open spaces of around 40-50% of the total city area, 4200 people per square km population density which is relatively very low against other NCR. Along with this, serval multinational companies are here in the city, which became one of the factors in the rise of residential real estate & Delhi International Airport is located a couple of minutes’ drives away from here, which makes the city a home for many expatriates.
